My recent corporate retreat at Residence Inn was a mixed experience. The hotel’s extensive 700-square-foot meeting room made it easy to conduct our presentations effectively. The reliable internet access ensured seamless communication throughout our stay, contributing to our productivity. The convenience of express check-in and -out suited our busy schedules perfectly.On the downside, the lack of a designated business center was a setback for handling urgent tasks. The issue with the night staff's attentiveness impacted our overall impression of the service quality. The welcome drink was a nice touch, but the inconsistent service left something to be desired.The presence of a fitness center allowed us to stay energized, although the absence of a dedicated work environment was a drawback for remote work. Despite these shortcomings, the comfortable accommodations and pleasant ambiance were noteworthy. Residence Inn offers adequate amenities for business travelers, but there is room for improvement in terms of service efficiency and business-related facilities.
